The “No Problem” 30-day Guarantee
You may return or exchange your item for any reason within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund or replacement. Please note that we can’t guarantee that all items will be available all the time. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a Parks Store gift certificate for the original purchase price.
In all cases, items must be in unused condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, we consider its return to be in “unused” condition.
