This trail running race take runners around the park and into the grasslands beyond the park's boundaries. Runners are competing in 50 KM, 15 Mile, and 4 Mile distances that start and finish near the visitor center. The park and all its amenities are open to the public during the event. You can expect to encounter runners on the trails and may see signs and course marking materials (please do not move these for the safety of the runners). This is the seventh year for this race and participants come from all over the country to experience the beauty of Smith Rock State Park.
