Bend has much to offer, with 300+ days of sunshine, Tons of year round outdoor recreation opportunities, great shops, craft breweries, and amazing people. If you're interested in this position, your home would be a lovely RV site with full hookups and a green lawn, with 2 laundry rooms with a washer & dryer for host use in the campground.

The position is Relief Campground Hosts.  Your duties are to cover the greeting hosts days off and clean yurts on the yurt hosts days off. Other duties include cleaning fire pits, opening the day use gate and litter picking the day use two days a week, checking restrooms, selling firewood and ice,   This is a great way to give back to Oregon State Parks, assist our rangers, and enjoy the central Oregon sunshine. 

Tumalo is a busy park, and a large part of the job can include answering visitors questions about registration, the park, and Central Oregon. The campground has 7 basic yurts (no kitchen or bathrooms), 23 full hookups, and 53 tent sites. You'll be working with 3 other sets of hosts and up to 4 rangers and other park staff.
