Youth Interpretive Volunteer

Tumalo State Park is seeking an awesome youth volunteer to help with various interpretive projects! Come join the team and work alongside our Interpretive Ranger and learn valuable life-long leadership skills while having fun.

As an official Oregon State Parks Youth Volunteer, you will be assisting with our various Jr. Ranger programs, our evening programs, and organizational tasks for our programs.

Volunteering at the park is a great way to pursue self-discovery. The position will help foster strong leadership skills and increase self-confidence by strengthening communication, team building, and socialization skills. For volunteering 25 hours you will be eligible to receive the Youth Service Award which consists of an awesome official Oregon State Parks Youth Volunteer Service Award pin, framed certificate, and letter of appreciation.
