·         Engage Guests to Provide Exceptional Customer Service

·         Provide the park with caretaker responsibilities  that include all grounds and janitorial services

·          keep grounds free of all debris and litter

·          mow  and trim as needed to provide a neat appearance

·         empty garbage

·         clean restroom building twice daily

·         Some equipment operation is necessary, such as riding a small rider mower and other powered grounds equipment.

·         Read and record pump meter and car counter daily

          Ability to safely perform duties as directed by park staff

          Strong customer service skills,

          Desire to serve in high visitation coastal park,

           Effective Communication.

         Attention to detail, uneven terrain operate riding mower, push mower, string trimmer, blowers, hand tools, cleaning tools, use

         of  OPRD approved cleaning supplies.

         Tools and Equipment Usage: riding and push mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hand tools cleaning tools, brushes, cleaners.
