Looking for a great place to host in a beautiful setting?   The park is in need of  volunteers to host during the months of July and August.  Experience in cash handling and visitor services are desirable attributes for hosting at the Friends of Shore Acres Information and Gift Center. Host duties include operating a cash register, restocking items in the store, assisting customers, sharing local information, light cleanup of the store and other duties as assigned.  Host  site is 30/50 amp, WIFI, host only laundry, dish tv if you have your own box, land line phone provide for use as cell phones do not work here and host site is located right behind the wonderfull Shore Acres Botanical Gardens.

As of now the Information and Gift Center is closed till end of June and may remain closed till end of July. In the case that it remains closed host will be working in the gardens and in the IGC doning basic clenaing, litter picking, trimming, weeding, and other gardening task.
