This host position helps to take care of Oregon's newest state park. Job duties include opening and closing a gate, hiking trail, litter picking, empting trash, leaf blowing, meowing, basic trail work, and other duties as needed. This is a very independent host site with no onsite ranger, and no cell phone service. The host site has a landline phone for reaching park staff or in case of emergency. Located between Pacific City and Cape Lookout this park offers easy access to local beaches and parks and is a half hour drive from the city of Tillamook.
