Assigned Tasks:

·         Engage Guests to Provide Exceptional Customer Service

·         Clean and Prepare Cabins/Yurts for Incoming Guests

·         Maintain Park Grounds

·         Perform Daily Safety Checks of Yurts/Cabins and/or Grounds

·         Communicate Safety Concerns and Relevant Information to Park Staff 

·         Foster a Culture of Service and Teamwork by Engaging in Projects as Requested

·         Support the OPRD Mission 

Requirements: Meet all of the physical requirements listed below. Ability to safely perform duties as directed by park staff, use state approved cleaning supplies, and drive vehicles.

Desired Attributes: Strong customer service skills, Desire to serve in high visitation coastal park, Effective Communication. Attention to detail.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 pounds, ability flip mattresses, move furniture,  carry mop buckets, and bend over, stoop, pull, push and lift, walk on uneven terrain in inclement weather.

Training Provided:  Park staff will provide training on safe working conditions and personal protective equipment (PPE) for all positions. Cabin/Yurt cleaning and maintenance procedures are detailed by park staff prior to assignment.

Tools and Equipment Usage: Brooms, small shop vacuums, mops, dustpans, mowers, string trimmer, blowers, and hand tools. OPRD approved cleaning supplies.
