Fort Stevens State Park

Needed From May 1, 2018
Needed To June 30, 2018

Fort Stevens State Park, on the north Oregon coast near the mouth of the mighty Columbia River, provides visitors with a variety of recreational opportunities depending on the season.  The park contains miles of ocean and river beaches, a small fresh water lake for fishing, kayaking, and swimming, and 9 miles of paved bike trails and 6 miles of hiking trails.  Wildlife viewing and beach-combing draw people to the park each day.  The park has two major attractions: an abandoned military fort with a museum, and the shipwrecked remains of the Peter Iredale.

The team here at Fort Stevens is looking for Cabin Attendants to help clean our 11 deluxe cabins.

Attendants work 5 days a week, 4 hours a day, depending on occupancy of the cabins.  Cabins are deluxe and have full restrooms and small kitchenettes and 5 of them are pet-friendly.  Duties consist of sweeping and sanitizing beds, bathrooms and kitchenettes in addition to outside barbeques.  Report maintenance needs to park staff.  Golf carts specially outfitted for these opportunities are provided.

Your campsite will have full hookup capability with electrical, water, and sewer services.  Not all sites are able to receive satellite TV service and no Wi-Fi is available.
