Help restore native wildlife habitat within South Beach State Park by removing invasive scotch broom and blackberry. Cutting broom in bloom is the best chance at killing the plant without using pesticides or heavy equipment. Park staff will be on site to provide equipment, safety items, and to assist with hauling debris. Please bring your own gloves and loppers or pruning saw, if you have one. Dress for seasonal weather - wind, rain, insects, and sun. For more information visit: http://solveoregon.org/get-involved/events/south-beach-broom-busters
