Salem Bicycle Club Monster Cookie April 24, 2016
Registration Table opens at 8 am.
The Monster Cookie Metric Century Bicycle Ride is the Salem Bicycle Club’s premier spring event. This will be the 40th year of the ride. The ride has become a Northwest tradition and the Oregonian newspaper has ranked it the 3rd best ride in Oregon. The ride starts at the State Capitol Mall in Salem and takes riders over back roads to Champoeg State Park and back to Salem. The ride is open to all bicyclists who agree to Share the Road with other users by riding safely, lawfully, and courteously. Each participant must wear a helmet that meets CPSC requirements. Souvenir Primal Monster Cookie jerseys and Sport-Tec T-shirts are available for purchase on-line. To register for the ride go to www.salembicycleclub.org, or mail-in the registration form. Applications are available at local bike shops or there will be day of ride registration.
